Professional Supervision
Humanature Professional Supervision provides a confidential and reflective space to support professional growth, wellbeing, self-awareness, and reflective practice. Supervision is collaborative in nature and is designed to support individuals in their professional roles and responsibilities.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed within supervision sessions will be treated as confidential unless:

There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Disclosure is required by law.

Information is subpoenaed by a court of law.

You provide informed consent for information to be shared.
Where supervision is funded by an employer or organisation, session content remains confidential. Attendance may be confirmed if requested by the funding organisation, however specific discussions will not be disclosed without your explicit consent.
Professional Responsibility
Supervision is intended to support reflective practice, professional development, wellbeing, and ethical decision-making. Responsibility for professional decisions, actions, and practice remains with the supervisee.
Session Fees
Individual Professional Supervision:

Organisation-funded: $140 per 60-minute session

Self-funded: Sliding scale available between $100–$140 per session by agreement

Registered charities and community organisations: $80 per 60-minute session
Group Professional Supervision:

$65 per person

Maximum 8 participants per group
All fees are payable within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is appreciated.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session fee, except in exceptional circumstances.
Online Sessions
Online supervision is available throughout New Zealand via Zoom or another mutually agreed platform. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have access to a private and confidential space for online sessions.
Group Supervision
Participants attending group supervision agree to maintain the confidentiality of discussions shared within the group. While every effort is made to establish a safe and respectful environment, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed between participants.
Record Keeping
Brief administrative notes may be maintained for scheduling, invoicing, and professional record-keeping purposes. These records are stored securely and managed in accordance with New Zealand privacy requirements.
Complaints or Concerns
If you have concerns about any aspect of the supervision relationship, I encourage you to raise them directly so they can be discussed and resolved wherever possible.
Changes to Terms
Humanature reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Humanature website.

Humanature Professional Supervision is available to a wide range of helping professionals, practitioners, and leaders. It is not a counselling or therapy service, although personal wellbeing may naturally be explored where relevant to professional practice.
